Digital Realty Closes CHF510 Million Swiss Bond Offering
Digital Realty raised CHF510 million across three Swiss franc-denominated bonds maturing in 2029, 2032, and 2036.
Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR), an Austin, Texas-based global data center operator, has completed a CHF510 million Swiss bond offering through Digital Constellation B.V., an indirect wholly-owned finance subsidiary of its operating partnership, the company announced Tuesday.
The offering was structured across three tranches: CHF225 million in bonds carrying a 1.6803% rate maturing in 2029, CHF185 million at 2.0600% due in 2032, and CHF100 million at 2.4150% set to mature in 2036. The staggered maturities spread repayment obligations across a seven-year window, a common debt-management approach among large real estate investment trusts.
