CREMX Expands Into U.K. Commercial Real Estate Debt Market
Redwood Investment Management adds England-based loans to CREMX, broadening the fund's geographic reach beyond its existing U.S. real estate debt holdings.
Redwood Investment Management, LLC has moved to diversify its Redwood Private Real Estate Debt Fund — traded under ticker CREMX — by adding commercial real estate loan exposure in the United Kingdom, the Scottsdale, Arizona-based investment adviser announced Sept. 30, 2026.
The England-based loans represent a deliberate expansion of the fund's geographic footprint, which had previously been concentrated in U.S. real estate debt positions. By layering in U.K. commercial property lending, Redwood signals an intent to reduce single-market concentration risk and tap opportunities in a distinct regulatory and economic environment.

The fund's Class I shares are listed under the ticker CREMX. Redwood Investment Management serves as the fund's registered investment adviser. The firm is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.
